Mission Statement

To provide escrow closing services to customers utilizing every means of communications and technology available to create maximum customer satisfaction. In the context of the real estate industry, customers are defined as buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate sales associates, and other closing companies.

The primary target market for service is the area served by the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors which includes Rogers, Tulsa, Mayes, Wagoner, Washington, Creek, Craig, Delaware, and Cherokee counties. Primary emphasis will be on Rogers County.

These services will be delivered through a well organized, clean, and well appointed office facility with well-trained closing professionals who are competent in the use of interpersonal, computer, and organizational skills. Our passion will be our expertise in the area of communications, both electronically and directly. Emphasis will be given to keeping all parties to the transaction informed of its progress.

When hiring staff, management will seek, hire, and keep employees who have demonstrated high moral character, honesty, integrity, and teamwork.
